It's almost time for our Q3 Review! Review what went well the past 9 months - look at your planner, journal, photos, budget & calendar to determine how you used your time, energy & resources. What went well? What didn’t? What were some of your most important memories and accomplishments? What did you struggle with?
What are you most proud of personally & professionally? What activities, projects or obligations gave you energy and which ones drained me? What were your favorite books you read or adventures you took? How many hours a week did you average moving your body? What are you grateful for this quarter? How are you progressing on my goals? What do you need to focus more on and commit to this next quarter in order to accomplish your goals this year? How can you finish the year strong?
On a scale of 1-10, how committed have you been to achieving your goals this year? On average most people are less than 50% committed to creating a better life for themselves. When reviewing my goal progress this year I recognized that I was nowhere near as close to my health and wellness goals I had planned to be. So I decided to embark on a 100-Day Challenge or 100 days of consistent effort surrounding my wellness goals beginning September 15 - December 24th. My gift to myself this year at Christmas will be progress.
What are you committing to do these last 100 days of the year? Who are you committing to be? Don't make those promises lightly. If you say you're going to go to the gym, you better get moving! If you say you're going to revamp & send out your resume, you better open up that computer and make it a goal to send it out to 5-10 companies a day! If you say you're going to increase your sales call volume by 10%, you better pick up the phone! If you say you are going to pay off debt make a plan to pay off one or two of your credit cards in the next 100 days. You can either start off the new year in a better place or in the same place. You choose.
