We started Commit30 because we believe in the power of planning for a life well lived. We believe in the power of writing down your goals and working on them every day. We believe everyone should go after their goals and dreams now and not someday. We believe in small, consistent daily action being the key to progress. And we believe in making time for what matters most because life is short.
Being diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of 23 was a life changing experience that pushed us full steam ahead with our big goals and dreams because we didn’t know how much time I had left. But the real kicker is, none of us know how much time we have left. The real gift of my cancer diagnosis was being forced to face my own mortality at such a young age. Our motto here is “There are seven days in the week and someday isn’t one of them.” Life is short friends, go after your goals & dreams today, not someday.
What sets us apart is our 30 for 30 method – we encourage you to work on your goals and healthy habits 30 days at a time for a minimum of 30 minutes a day to build momentum and forward progress. Consistent, daily, committed action is where the magic happens.
Launching Commit30 during our middle age years while raising a family, keeping our marriage thriving, building our home and helping take care of our parents has been a lot. I know I missed out on kid moments while helping customers or posting to social media. I know I missed out on time with family and friends while shipping out thousands of planners during the holidays. At the same time I’m so proud of what we have created and the people we have helped and the goal-getting community we have built.
We’re glad you’re here and we are grateful for your support of our small, family run business. We look forward to having you a part of our vibrant, healthy, goal-getting community here at Commit30!
