Exchanges can get complicated and can be time consuming. So, instead we will help you process a return for a refund. That way you can re-order a planner right away and not wait for delivery and processing times. See our Return policy and instructions below.

Physical Product Refund/Return info:
- Refunds are only given for products that are still in a new and unused condition.
- Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided.
- Free shipping specials are subject to minimum order amounts, hence a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost.
- No refunds/returns on BOGO offers or free items with minimum $ amount.
- Please insure return packages for the full value of your items.
- Returns may take 7 – 10 days to process.
- If you send a package for return please keep the tracking number for delivery verification. Return packages that are lost or damaged in transit are non-refundable.
Digital/Downloadable Product Refund info:
- Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
