These early launch sales help us tremendously with cash flow as we have to pay for all of the products and associated expenses (manufacturing, tariffs, shipping, etc.) long before we can sell even a single planner. Oh, the joys of running a small business! ;) It also is our best sale of the year (as a thank you to our returning customers). It is always challenging for me to promote our planner launch amidst all of the hard news in the world. And this is the first year I haven't designed or launched any new products or planner accessories. It's not that I lost all of my creative juices, but I do feel like this past year I was needed as a mom, wife, daughter and sister SO much more.
The only thing I know to do is to keep helping and celebrating each other - because life is short - and that's what this year's cover represents. So often we forget to take the time to reflect and celebrate all of the little wins, the progress, the joys. There are always things to celebrate (even when things are hard).
2027 is a big year for me personally and for my family. We have big things to celebrate in our lives - It is our 25th wedding anniversary; it is our son's high school graduation and the beginning of our empty nest/open door/free bird era; it's my dad’s 80th Birthday and it is also my 27th year cancer free!
It is also the year we scale back Commit30 as we approach a new season in our lives and still navigate a lot of tariff and economic uncertainty. We’ve had to drastically cut our manufacturing budget and reduce our product line due to all the things. With that said, that means we only brought in about half the planners we usually do (and no new fitness journals this year - so what we have in stock is it) and we are making the difficult decision to discontinue many of our products (gratitude journals, rockit journals, notepads, deskpads, motivate cards, folios, pen holders & clips) - so don’t delay if you want to stock up on any of those items. The money journal is sold out but available as a pdf for you to print out.
So, this coming year instead of looking at doing more, we are celebrating how far we’ve come. We’re planning and celebrating the small moments and the big wins. We’re celebrating the lessons and the hard seasons. We are celebrating one another. We hope you can find ways to celebrate this coming year too. And as always, we are rooting for you!
