So you all know I’m super into my green smoothies for breakfast. Here’s one of my fav recipes based upon the Fab4 Smoothie (Fat, Fiber, Protein & Greens concept by Kelly Leveque. The key is more veggies, protein & healthy fats than sugar (no juice – use water or almond milk instead). Recently I cleaned out our freezer and I got these awesome storage containers that have all of the fruit for smoothies in them. It’s super easy for the kids to pull them out and whip up a healthy smoothie too.
