Returns Policy & Instructions

Exchanges can get complicated and can be time consuming. So, instead we will help you process a return for a refund. That way you can re-order a planner right away and not wait for delivery and processing times. See our Return policy and instructions below.

Physical Product Refund/Return info:

  • Refunds are only given for products that are still in a new and unused condition.
  • Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Commit30, LLC.
  • Free shipping specials are subject to minimum order amounts, hence a refund will be issued less the actual shipping cost.
  • No refunds/returns on BOGO offers or free items with minimum $ amount.
  • Please insure return packages for the full value of your items.
  • Returns may take 7 – 10 days to process.
  • If you send a package for return please keep the tracking number for delivery verification.

Digital/Downloadable Product Refund info:

  • Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you change your mind about your purchase and our system shows you HAVE NOT downloaded the product, we will be happy issue you a refund upon your request.
