We know what it’s like waiting for a package to arrive, so we make every effort to get your Commit30 order to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. You will get a confirmation email that your order is “processing” at the time of your order. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to Colorado) after they’re shipped. See below for USPS estimated transit times.

Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the shipping fees incurred.
I didn’t get an email confirmation?
- Some email providers will block or move order confirmation emails into “spam” or “promotions” folders, try checking there first.
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly on your order.

USPS Delivery Estimates
Varying options will be available for your order depending on the weight, size, or price of your order. Below are the USPS estimated shipping times for delivery.
US transit time estimates (Business Days):
- USPS Priority (2-3 Days)
- USPS First Class (3-4 Days)
- USPS Parcel (4-5 Days)
- UPS Ground 1-5 Days .
USPS only provides estimates for international shipping as the packages must clear customs in your country prior to delivery.
- USPS International First Class 7-21 business days.
- USPS International Priority 6-12 business days.
Canada Post Strike – Due to the Canada Post Strike and shipping delays for international orders, we have temporarily halted orders to Canada until the situation stabilizes for more timely deliveries.
Please note international orders may be subject to your home countries Customs and Excise Duties including but not limited to; VAT taxes, Sales Tax, Excise Duties, Handling and/or Processing fees, etc. If required, those fees would be collected by your mail provider upon delivery. You should consult with your mail provider or Customs for costs that may occur when receiving international orders.
