World Gratitude Day
My daily gratitude practice is one of the things that has kept me from completely losing my you know what the last few months. I know you are all going thru a lot right now. Life feels heavy. The looming election, remote schooling, economic uncertainty but the one thing that can help you work thru those feelings is a daily practice to remind yourself what you DO have to be grateful for and the little moments of joy & laughter throughout the day.
