I’m sharing this simple idea for a healthy Valentines Day breakfast for the family early this year…We actually had it the other day just for fun. Fruits, yogurts, granola & heart shaped protein pancakes for the win. Valentines Day doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Each year we do a heart shaped breakfast with the kids and we give them a few little and a fancy at home dinner with the family. I encourage you to keep it simple this year.
