Here are some more Sunday self-care tips:

Rest. Take a nap or read a book.

Plan out your meals for the week ahead.

Turn on the essential oil diffuser.

Buy yourself flowers.

Tidy up the kitchen & your bedroom.

Plan out your most important tasks to accomplish and block out time to work on them.

Give yourself a facial. My favorite face mask is this one.
