Happy (almost) Valentines Day Friends!

I wanted to share a few simple and inexpensive ways to celebrate Love Day!

I love to make a special heart themed valentine’s day breakfast for the family – pink smoothies, strawberry pancakes & heart shaped donuts for the win! Here are some other valentine’s day ideas for you.

For teacher gifts this year I am doing a bag of Love Crunch granola, a starbucks gift card, a reusable set of silverware in red or pink and some chocolate from our local shop!

It’s not too late to join us in our February Show Your Love Challenge! I also love to post heart shaped love notes on our kids doors & mirrors throughout the month of February to remind them of how much they are loved.

I love to bake the kids a special treat – strawberry cupcakes or heart shaped sugar cookies.

Here are some other free or inexpensive valentines day ideas.

And if you are able to send some love, prayers & donations to the Turkey & Syria earthquake victims here are two organizations we love to support – Save The Children & World Central Kitchen.
