Healthy, calm & productive morning routines are so important to achieving your goals…how you start your day sets the tone for the rest of your day. I like to get up at 5:00am (before anyone else) and have a few minutes to meditate/stretch/yoga before getting a large glass of lemon water & a big mug of coffee. I then spend up to 30-60 minutes working out. I have to get it done in the morning or it just doesn’t happen. (I’m loving streaming Tracy Anderson workouts from home right now). At 6:30 we get the kiddos up & ’em – we make a protein packed breakfast (we eat lots of eggs & #fab4smoothies), pack lunches & snacks and get the kids on the bus. Then I tidy up, shower and I get into my home office by 8:30am. I really try to focus & hustle during my 8:30-3:30 work hours while the kids are at school so that I can be present with them in the afternoons & evenings as much as possible.
