Gratitude & Goals go hand in hand. When you approach goal-setting from a place of gratitude you become even more committed to the goal. Here’s an example. “I’m grateful for my healthy, cancer-free body. I commit to taking care of it daily by workouts and fueling my body with healthy, nutrient rich foods.”
