7 WAYS to Put a Spring in Your Step
7 WAYS to put a spring in your step:

  1. Schedule the most important things first. What’s your #1 priority today?
  2. Make time for daily self-care. Stick with your healthy habits & positive daily routines as much as possible.
  3. Move your body daily. There has never been a better time to take care of our health. There are tons of free workouts on youtube or inexpensive streaming options online. Or just go outside and walk everyday!
  4. Get your emergency supplies together (this is a great time of year to get organized in the event of an emergency – power outages, wildfires, floods, etc). Here is a checklist to get you started.
  5. Spend some time this month to freshen up your space – spring cleaning your house, painting a wall, finishing a creative project that you started but didn’t finish, planting some flowers, etc.
  6. Practice gratitude. My daily gratitude practice pulls me back to my center every time, even in the midst of chaos.
  7. Spend some time in the dirt – plant some flowers, clean up your yard, etc.
