    I took a no-sugar challenge for a week in February 2014 at the gym where I was working out. 50+ women started it. It was a week. The challenge was extended to anyone who wanted to continue. A second week. 20+ of us continued. At the end of that second week (we’d passed Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) ) someone said, “Let’s do it until Easter!” Seven of us said YES! I’ve never looked back… And I am so much healthier, clearer minded, stable-mooded, with no weight-control problems, no cravings (unless and until I don’t pay attention or choose a “no strings attached” day/meal/treat (some say “cheat”)). GO FOR IT!!

    I think this would be a painful challenge for me. I will start with giving up soda first and ease into this. I think it would be really good for me. Any one else considering this for 2018?
