If you purchased a product and changed your mind at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for repair, replacement, exchange or refund, at our discretion.

Refunds are only given for products that are still in a new and unused condition. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase only. Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Please email us HERE to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your name, email, address and original order number if possible when requesting a return or exchange. Instructions on how to return your items will be sent to you via email. We work hard to resolve any issue you may have.

Returns may take 7 – 10 days to process. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is not provided by Commit30, LLC.
